Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. Certain adult-use products are restricted to customers 21 years of age or older, and by purchasing them you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the product is legal in your jurisdiction. We may refuse or cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.
Our Products
Nervana products are botanical consumer goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Always use products only as directed on the label, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit quantities, correct pricing or descriptive errors, or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that cannot legally ship to the destination address. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states; restricted products will not be available at checkout for those addresses.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns policy, both of which are part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to resell products into jurisdictions where they are prohibited, to misrepresent your age or identity, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase will be resolved through binding arbitration in California on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action. Either party may instead bring qualifying claims in small claims court.
Severability & Changes
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
